What to expect
How long is the site walk?
About an hour. We measure, take photos and ask how you move through the house.
What should I have ready?
Your VSO's name and number if you have one, a note from your doctor or therapist, and the year the house was built.
When do I get the estimate?
In writing, a few days after the site walk and before any work starts.
